Green Real Estate Education does not allow their courses to be offered for over $100

Homosassa, FL - July 31, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — Green Real Estate Education, who has taught close to 5,000 on the basics about green building and green initiatives for those in the real estate arena is stating once again, certification class costs will not go over $100 for students. The company “trains the chain” of professions in a real estate transaction. Their model includes distributing their specialized “green” certification programs in convention settings, in real estate schools, community colleges, on line and in classroom delivery formats.  Their next presentations are scheduled in August, 2009 for Realtors® in Florida, California and for the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, at their First Annual Sales Convention in October. 2009.  They will conduct a break out session for Mortgage Brokers at the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals in October,2009 with more scheduled in the coming months.

“At the REEA conference, we were approached by at least 10 schools across the nation who want to offer our courses,” says Kerry Mitchell, President of Green Real Estate Education. Real Estate schools teach many types of courses for licensees who are appraisal, mortgage, inspection and real estate professionals for continuing education credits to renew their licenses with state regulatory agencies.

Mitchell says that some schools want to quickly write their own courses to join the “green” game but most schools realize offering Green Real Estate Education’s certification courses is better business practice for licensees. “For under $100, we have the certification recognition and those in the real estate industry like certifications that are established. Green Real Estate Education pioneered offering a certification for professions in real estate such as inspectors, mortgage professionals and real estate agents. And the company boasts it is more recognized than the National Association of Realtors “green training and costs $300+ less. “Why write your own content in a hurry when you can offer our certification program that 5,000 have with information that is  specific and central for each profession in the real estate arena.” states Mitchell. “Our model was created from those who know the real estate agent, mortgage professional mindset and what they need to know to lead clients in the new area of “going g reen” properly.”
