Warren Berzack and The Berzack Group Join Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura

SHERMAN OAKS, CA – May 3, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The Berzack Group, led by its President, Warren Berzack, has joined Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles markets.

Warren Berzack joins Lee & Associates as Principal and retains his title of President of The Berzack Group, which will continue to operate under the Lee umbrella. One of the San Fernando Valley’s top producers, Berzack has transacted in excess of one-half billion dollars in sales.  He was formerly with Investment Real Estate Associates for 10 years where he was a Vice President and among the top agents every year since 2003.  He was most recently honored as Top Broker.
