Capps Announces $600,000 in Federal Funding for Housing Trust Fund of San Luis Obispo County To Help Finance Affordable Housing

WASHINGTON, DC – July 21, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Today, Congresswoman Lois Capps (CA-23) announced that the San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund has been awarded a $600,000 grant from the U.S. Treasury Department’s Community Development Financial Institution Fund. The grant will allow the Housing Trust Fund to provide low-interest financing for affordable housing for middle class families in San Luis Obispo County.
