Victor Memenas Promoted to Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Memenas’ promotion comes as former CEO, James “Watty” Watson, steps aside in order to focus his full attention on CT Realty Investors where he serves as CEO and president. Watson co-founded TechSpace (www.techspace.com) and serves on the TechSpace Board of Directors as chairman.

He is a graduate of Michigan State University and holds a MBA from Wayne State University.
