Point Center Financial Hires New In-House Corporate Counsel

Aliso Viejo, CA – December 12, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Point Center Financial, Inc., retained Dale A. Martin as In-House Corporate Counsel.

In his current role, Mr. Martin will serve as counsel to Point Center Financial and its executive management team on all legal matters including commercial real estate finance, corporate, litigation, and general risk management relative to the company’s operations and duties. In addition, he will monitor changes in the law to proactively define and develop corporate strategies, policies, procedures and programs.

Mr. Martin is a licensed attorney in the State of California, a real estate broker, and teaches law at Cal-State University, Fullerton. He served as Counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and as general counsel for several corporations. He has particular areas of expertise in commercial and residential real estate, financial institutions, consumer regulatory matters, business enterprises, franchise investment law, and non-profit organizations. He earned a law degree with honors from Western State University, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Cal-State Fullerton. He has been a member of the Real Estate Section for the California State Bar and has written newspaper columns pertaining to business and real estate topics of interest to the public, served as a panel attorney for the California Association of Realtors©, and a lecturer at California State Bar and Orange County Bar Association seminars.
