Industry Social Media Expert Erica Campbell Promoted to New Role

She most recently held the position of director of marketing for FRMS where she oversaw all B2C and B2B marketing initiatives and created and implemented a marketing strategy to support the launch of Marketplace Network and Marketplace Network 2.0, a multifamily housing social media and resident retention offering.

Campbell serves as vice president of social media on the board of directors for the Hampton Roads chapter of the American Marketing Association.
