WASHINGTON, D.C. – April 18, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The MARST administers two scholarship funds, the Russel A. Pointer and the Barney Harkins Scholarship and Educational Fund. Applicants are automatically considered for financial assistance from both funds.
