DENVER, CO – August 27, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — More RE/MAX agents are ranked among the Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents in America, than agents with any other brand. The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) compiled the prestigious list for its second annual ranking.
An analysis of the ranking shows that 33 RE/MAX agents closed 2,874 transactions, the most of any participating brand. The average number of closed transactions per RE/MAX agent was 87.1.
The highest ranking RE/MAX agents are Daisy Lopez-Cid, RE/MAX Premier Properties, Kissimmee, FL; Christian Fuentes, RE/MAX Top Producers, Diamond Bar, CA and Victor Vidales, RE/MAX New Heights Realty, Phoenix, AZ.

The listing of the Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents in America is compiled through broker affirmed self-nominations, and through NAHREP’s search of MLS records. Sales production data was reviewed for more than 27,000 agents across all markets.
In 2013, RE/MAX sales associates were the most productive – in transaction sides closed per agent – in two industry rankings: the REAL Trends 500 and the RISMedia Power Broker Report. Also, a recent national consumer survey conducted by MMR Strategy Group for RE/MAX found that more home buyers and sellers think of RE/MAX than any other real estate brand.
