CBRE/New England Announces Four New Partners

Adam Brinch, Peter Conlin, Nat Heald and Kyle Juszczyszyn named partner

BOSTON – October 28, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE/New England, a strategic joint venture between Whittier Partners Group, LLC, and CBRE, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been selected by the Partners of the firm to join the Partnership effective January 1, 2015: Adam Brinch, Peter Conlin, Nat Heald and Kyle Juszczyszyn.

Adam Brinch joined CBRE/NE in 2008 as an Associate with the Cambridge Brokerage team. Over the course of the last six years, Adam has been promoted twice, currently holding the title Vice President, and has established himself as a dominant broker within the Cambridge market. Adam was the recipient of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) 2010 Life Sciences Deal of the Year award. He was a member of the team led by Greg Lucas that brokered the largest single lease in the history of Boston commercial real estate, when Vertex Pharmaceuticals signed a 15-year, $1.1 billion deal to lease two buildings from The Fallon Company. Adam was awarded the 2012 CBA Rising Star Recipient, and CBA recognized him again with the 2013 Life Science Deal of the Year award for representing Alexandria (landlord) in the ARIAD Pharmaceuticals 386,000 SF BTS, 15-year lease. He is a member of NAIOP, CBA Young Leaders, Advanced Energy Economy and is also very active with TUGG. A 2005 graduate of James Madison University, Adam currently resides in Boston with his wife Cate.

Peter Conlin joined CBRE/NE in 2001 as a member of the Downtown Boston Brokerage team and is now Senior Vice President. During his 13-plus-year career with CBRE/NE, Peter has become a market leader, representing both tenants and landlords. Peter is active with CBA and has been awarded the CBRE/NE Brokerage Team of the Year in 2003 and 2008 as well as a CBRE/NE Tenant Deal of the Year in 2006. For the past three years, Peter has been the top-producing associate in the firm. Peter has worked on such premier tower assignments as 225 Franklin Street and 60 State Street.

A graduate of Skidmore College, Peter spent time at Grubb & Ellis in Washington, DC prior to joining CBRE/NE. Outside of CBRE/NE, Peter enjoys spending time with his three daughters, Emery, Hadley and Chase. He is an active participant and supporter of many charitable organizations, and is also on the Boston Advisory Board for Room to Grow.

Nat Heald joined CBRE/NE in 2010 as Senior Vice President within our Capital Markets team. He specializes in the valuation and sale of both institutional and private capital retail real estate assets across the United States. In the past 18 months, Nat has participated in transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in more than 50 properties. He is widely considered the brightest young talent in Retail Capital Markets in the Northeast and has developed a very loyal client base. Nat is also an active member of both REFA and ULI.

A graduate of Amherst College, Nat spent six years at Jones Lang LaSalle prior to joining CBRE/NE. He was involved in building their Retail Investment Sales platform, as well as their Distressed Debt Unit. He currently resides in Boston with his wife Liz and their newborn son Miles.

Kyle Juszczyszyn joined CBRE/NE in 2012 as Senior Vice President of the then-newly-formed Debt & Structured Finance Group. He is focused on providing debt and equity solutions to clients with an emphasis on office, residential, industrial and retail assets, which has helped give CBRE/NE an unprecedented edge in offering an integrated capital markets platform to its clients. Kyle’s affiliation with CBRE/NE began in 2009 with the formation of CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors. He was one of the founding partners of CBRE/GRA and was responsible for development consulting, raising debt and equity for retail clients and running the day-to-day activities of the venture. In 2013, Kyle was presented with the CBRE/NE Whittier Cup Award, which recognizes an employee who exudes CBRE’s corporate values (RISE). He is an active member of the ICSC and is a graduate of Boston College.

Prior to his affiliation with CBRE/NE, Kyle spent over 13 years with Samuels & Associates, a prominent Boston-based development company. Kyle was involved in over $1 billion worth of retail and mixed-use transactions. When not in the office, Kyle is enjoying time with his wife Laura and children, Alexis and Patrick, in Franklin.
