2015 Chair of The Counselors of Real Estate® to Speak at MIPIM, the International Real Estate Conference

CHICAGO, IL – March 5, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Noah D. Shlaes., CRE®, real estate technology expert, will address an audience of international real estate professionals at MIPIM, the world’s largest real estate conference, held annually in Cannes, France. The session will take place on Wednesday, March 11 at 10:00 – 11:00 in the Green Room, Level 3, of the Palais des Festivals.

Mr. Shlaes, Senior Managing Director, Global Corporate Services at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, is the 2015 chair of The Counselors of Real Estate®, the invitation-only international association of top-level real estate advisors headquartered in Chicago. He was selected to participate in the panel session titled “Next Generation USA Real Estate: Next Investment Opportunity.”

Panel speakers will address the dramatic changes the new, cutting-edge technology brings to the commercial real estate industry, including challenges and opportunities. Mr. Shlaes, who focuses on corporate real estate decision support, advises multinational corporations about market efficiencies and is widely published on technology topics. In his 25 years in real estate, he has advised international banks, utilities, manufacturing companies, railroads, universities and state governments.
