WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 18, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — As the revitalization continues downtown, Bret Davis, agent with The Smith Group of Keller Williams has managed to support the movement by bringing six new businesses to downtown Salisbury in the past year, as well as selling three buildings downtown!

The first of these deals Mr. Davis completed was 100 & 102 Division Street at the intersection of Division and Main Street. Tribus Reges Properties, LLC purchased 100 Division Street, while Bradley Street Properties, LLC acquired 102 Division Street.
This deal was highlighted by the opening of Echelon SBY an upscale, Southern restaurant and lounge, bringing new life to a previously vacant first floor in both buildings. Accurate Accounting and Payroll Services has taken on previously vacant space on the second floor of 100 division. Both buildings have apartments that are going under major renovations, which will bring more quality housing to downtown Salisbury. These mixed use buildings are another step towards the Mayor’s goal of making Downtown Salisbury “a vibrant mixed-use center by 2020; a place where large numbers of people will live work, shop, play, and gather for city-wide events.”

Approximately a block from 100 and 102 Division Street, Mr. Davis and The Smith Group also sold 130 Main Street to Livingston Holdings, LLC. This deal will see the relocation of Livingston & Hill Financial services to downtown. Livingston & Hill will be occupying the 2nd floor of the building after completion of renovations to that floor of the building.

200 East Church Street is a landmark of downtown Salisbury which houses beautiful office spaces that had previously sat vacant until The Smith Group managed to bring in 3 new businesses; including, Embrace Home Loans, Clarksburg Pharmacy, and Swordfish Properties, LLC. All three businesses have signed leases to become a part of the growing cultural Renaissance that is Downtown Salisbury!
