Paso Robles Workshop to cover everything from credit scores to loans.

Paso Robles, – March 20, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Peoples’ Self-Help Housing is inviting the community to a free Home Ownership Education Workshop on Thursday, March 26, 2015 to learn about everything from what a credit score means to selecting a lender.

The workshop is open to the public and will be held 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at the Canyon Creek Apartments, 400 Oak Hill Road, Paso Robles. Snacks will be provided.

Attendees will get their questions answered by an in-person loan officer, realtor and housing counselor. Other topics that will be covered include the importance of good credit, getting pre-qualified before applying for a loan, how much you should borrow, what a down payment is, and the advantages and disadvantages of home ownership.
