Famed Architect and Innovator Bjarke Ingels and USGBC COO Mahesh Ramanujam to Close Greenbuild 2016
The world’s largest green building conference and expo will take place Oct. 5–7, 2016 in Los Angeles
Dallas, Texas – July 14, 2016 – (RealEstateRama) — Informa Exhibitions and USGBC announce famed architect Bjarke Ingels, founding partner of the Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), and USGBC COO Mahesh Ramanujam as Greenbuild International Conference and Expo closing plenary speakers. The closing is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 7 from 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. PST at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

A cultural innovator in the field of architecture, Ingels and his partners lead a diverse team of multi-cultural, multi-talented architects, designers, builders and thinkers. He founded BIG in 2005 and has gained a reputation worldwide for his award-winning design projects and buildings that are as programmatically and technically innovative as they are cost- and resource-conscious.
Ingels will share how we need to change our world view to create a world more responsive to our contemporary lives. He will be joined on stage by Ramanujam, who will share his vision for the future of USGBC and market transformation of the sustainability movement that transcends the built environment and extends to communities and cities across the globe.
