JLL lands top NAI Brannen Goddard broker

WASHINGTON – (RealEstateRama) — JLL has hired Brad Pope, one of Atlanta’s top industrial brokers, as a senior vice president in JLL Atlanta’s Industrial Group. Pope will focus on agency listings and corporate services brokerage.

Pope has more than two decades of experience on both the landlord representation and tenant representation parts of commercial real estate. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge, Pope has completed more than $1 billion worth of transactions on behalf of his clients. His past work includes representing clients in both the acquisition and disposition of warehouse/distribution, manufacturing and office properties throughout the United States and has consulted on overseas projects for numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Pope is committed to the Atlanta commercial real estate industry and serves on the board of directors of the SIOR Georgia Chapter. He is a lifetime member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, where he served on the board form 2014-2016. Pope chaired the ACBR’s 2015-2016 Million Dollar Club.
