IBTS Announces New Benefit for NACo Member Counties

Through an agreement with NACo, IBTS now offers the GOVmotus Bronze package to NACo members, at no charge.

Washington, DC – (RealEstateRama) — The Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with the National Association of Counties (NACo) to offer members a new benefit, at no charge.

Under this agreement, IBTS is offering NACo member counties the opportunity to bring their permitting process online through the use of IBTS’s GOVmotus™ Bronze package. GOVmotus is IBTS’s Software as a Service (SaaS) suite designed to support building department automation. This innovative software package helps cities manage, automate, and track community development processes. The Bronze package offers the following features: online permit application, permit issuing, plan review letter, inspections scheduling and reporting, and Certificate of Occupancy issuing.

The GOVmotus™ Bronze package is offered to all NACo members at no charge for implementation plus a small usage fee per permit. Additionally, NACo member receive discounted rates on the Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages should jurisdictions desire additional features.
