The final product enables data to be pulled directly from Rainmaker LRO™ to 365 Connect’s Online Leasing Platform, ensuring greater accuracy in pricing recommendations; creating more efficiencies and superior ease of use for on-site professionals, as well as stronger confidence in pricing practices. The integrated platform is currently deployed across two multifamily portfolios representing approximately 50,000 units.
