Ambling Management Company Expands Conventional and Affordable Portfolio

Strikes Two New Partnerships During Third Quarter

Valdosta, GA – December 1, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Ambling Management Company (AMC) announced new growth to its conventional and affordable portfolios. The property management company recently inked new partnerships with Paces Foundation and also Alliant Real Estate Investments. The new deals add a total of 14 properties to the company’s growing client roster.

The Paces Foundation is well-known as a provider of creative and affordable housing solutions. Five of the company’s sites were transitioned from a prior manager to Ambling Management Company in early September. In Georgia, these properties include The Lodge on Marsen in Rabun Gap, Enota Village in Young Harris, Nantahala Village in Blairsville and Montgomery Landing in Savannah. In South Carolina, Manor York, located in Rock Hill, was also included in the new partnership agreement.

While Alliant Real Estate Investments is located in Wood Hills, California, the company chose Ambling to manage its portfolio after a selection process in September. Management contracts for five Georgia-based communities were awarded in the contract along with three properties in Mississippi and one in Tennessee. The Georgia properties include Dawnville Meadows in Dalton, Heritage Gardens in Cornelia, Poplar Grove in Griffin, Whispering Pines in Decatur and Valley Hill in Riverdale, as well as Madison Glen in Vicksburg, MS, Cypress Meadow in Canton, MS, Magnolia Park in Jackson, MS and Chester Park in Jackson TN.

These newly acquired contracts bring Ambling Management Company’s ever-growing managed portfolio of conventional, senior and affordable housing to a total of 14,883 units.
