Attorney General announces $51.17 million will be used for homeowner relief, foreclosure-prevention efforts

DENVER, CO – March 16, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Colorado Attorney General John Suthers and Governor John Hickenlooper announced today that Colorado will use the $51.17 million it has received under the recent multistate settlement with the country’s five largest banks to fund homeowner relief and foreclosure-prevention efforts throughout the state.
