Notices of residential property values mailed

Vancouver, WA – The Clark County Department of Assessment and GIS will mail notices of new property values to about 114,000 residential, multi-family and condominium owners on Monday, June 16, 2008. Notices show the assessed value of each property on January 1, 2008. This value is used to calculate 2009 property taxes.
