    Fort Lauderdale, FL – June 4, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE arranged the sale of South Vero Square, a 147,417-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 710 U.S. Highway 1 in Vero Beach. The buyer, Indian River Holdings, LLC, purchased the property for $7.8 million from Vero Beach Shopping Center Associates Limited Partnership, a Florida-based investor managed by Gold Krown LLC, which hired CBRE to market the asset for sale and negotiate the transaction
