CBRE SELLS 5,155-SQUARE-FOOT MULTI-TENANT SHOPPING CENTER

    Fort Lauderdale, FL – June 17, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE arranged the sale of Seminole Orange Plaza – Building 2, a 5,155-square-foot, four-tenant shopping center in Loxahatchee, Palm Beach County, Florida. The buyer, SR Loxahatchee, LLC, purchased the property for $1.55 million from Loxahatchee Venture, LLC, a Florida-based company affiliated with Southern Development Services, who hired CBRE to market the asset for sale and negotiate the transaction.
