App developed by SocialKandy allows Facebook users to compare, share real estate listings with friends

MIAMI, FL – October 4, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Cervera Real Estate, a Miami-based luxury condominium real estate sales and marketing company, has achieved another first with the launch of a fully integrated Facebook app allowing users to search local home listings, see details on the properties and easily share the properties they choose with friends and family who will be a key part of the purchase of their new home.

The “Social Property Search” is located on the Cervera Real Estate Facebook page, www.facebook.com/CerveraRE. The search engine allows for in-depth searches of local listings (number of bedrooms, price range, etc.), and even has an option for searching specific MLS listings. The new and distinct feature is where the app incorporates social media — users can select up to three properties and invite their Facebook friends to vote for the best one.  Individual listings can also be shared for discussion and review.

The app was developed by SocialKandy (www.SocialKandy.com), a Miami-based, privately held company that builds apps specifically for use in social media. In addition to the benefits for Facebook users, the system provides valuable data and analytics for companies such as Cervera that offer the service as part of their Facebook page.
