CHFA Invites Public Comment on 2014 Qualified Allocation Plan

WASHINGTON, D.C. – May 1, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — At a Board meeting held on April 24, 2014, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority Board of Directors approved the draft 2014 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Procedures for public comment.

One public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2014, at the CHFA offices at 999 West Street, Rocky Hill, Connecticut. Written statements, in place of or in addition to oral statements, may be submitted to the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, 999 West Street, Rocky Hill, CT 06067, to the attention of the President, Executive Director, no later than 4:00 p.m., June 6, 2014.

The 2014 QAP will be utilized for all LIHTC applications following its adoption, including those submitted in November 2014 for the award of 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
