Counselors of Real Estate® Chair to Speak at International Real Estate Conference

CHICAGO, IL USA – March 13, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Hugh F. Kelly, Ph.D., CRE®, real estate professor and economist, will address an audience of international real estate professionals Tuesday, March 11 at MIPIM, the world’s largest real estate conference, held annually in Cannes, France.

Dr. Kelly, who is clinical professor of real estate at the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate, is the 2014 chair of The Counselors of Real Estate®, the invitation-only international association of top-level real estate advisors headquartered in Chicago. He was selected to participate in the panel session titled “Just Imagine: Real Estate in 2030.”

Speakers will address the critical issues and risks facing real estate and the built environment profession in coming years, including opportunities for investment, changing demographics, outlook for finance, technology projections and the skills and ethics recommended for success.

Dr. Kelly is an expert on the 24-hour city, real estate economics and professional ethics. In addition to teaching graduate level courses, he heads his own consulting practice, Hugh F. Kelly Real Estate Economics, which serves national and international real estate investment and services firms, governmental organizations, law firms, and not?for?profit agencies.
