Crescent Resources Names Experienced Developer To Senior Vice President Post

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – June 8, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Crescent Resources selected veteran real estate developer Margaret Jennesse to lead its residential interests in Florida and Georgia as senior vice president.

As senior vice president, Jennesse will guide Crescent’s efforts to acquire new properties and create first-class communities. She will also oversee some of Crescent’s premier communities, including The River Club, BridgeWater and Grand Hampton.

Jennesse has 20 years of experience working in all aspects of real estate development. Her focus has been creating large-scale, master-planned communities with amenities, as well as financial management and fostering community participation.

“Margaret knows Florida and Georgia as well as anybody, and her expertise in planning and residential development will be a valuable asset for our efforts in those regions,” said Rick Mildner, Crescent Resources’ senior vice president of residential. “She is a tremendous talent, and we’re thrilled to have her on our team.”

Jennesse is familiar with Crescent Resources – she previously served as a senior vice president of LandMar Group, a Crescent subsidiary. In her most recent position, she was a consultant with Jennesse Managers, LLC, which provides a broad spectrum of planning and management services for the real estate and health care industries.

Prior to LandMar, Jennesse was the Northeast Florida president of St. Joe – one of the largest land owners and developers in the state.
