Findings were compared to similar surveys conducted in June 2010, January 2010, and December 2003.

Mortgage Purchase Applications Increase in Latest MBA Weekly Survey

The Market Composite Index, a measure of mortgage loan application volume, increased 2.1 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis from one week earlier.
