    WASHINGTON, D.C. – April 23, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-3) today applauded the news that Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven, Inc. has been awarded a Capital Grant of $100,000 from NeighborWorks® America. The grant will be used to make low-cost loans available to homeowners in the Newhallville neighborhood of New Haven who want to reinvest in their homes
