Delta Associates Awards for Excellence Recognize KTGY Multifamily Communities

TYSONS, VA – October 17, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Award-winning national firm KTGY Group, Inc., Architecture + Planning announces that two rental communities, Cornerstone at Monroe Street Market in Washington, DC, and Paragon at Columbia Overlook in Elkridge, MD, were honored by Delta Associates at the firm’s 18th Annual Washington/Baltimore Multifamily Market Overview & Awards for Excellence program. Cornerstone won the Best Washington Mid-Rise Apartment Community and Paragon won the Best Lease-Up Pace for a Baltimore Apartment Community. The event was held on October 3, 2014, at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Monroe Street Market is a $225+ million walkable mixed-use town center in Washington, DC’s Brookland neighborhood, located across the street from the southern entrance to Catholic University America, adjacent the Brookland Metro Station and 3 miles north of U.S. Capitol. The development features 562 apartment homes with ground floor retail (50,000 s.f.), artist studio space (15,000 s.f.), an “Arts Walk,” and a freestanding community arts building (3,000 s.f.). Paragon at Columbia Overlook in Elkridge, MD, designed by KTGY, is a unique 320-unit apartment community with a distinctive green, live, work, eat and play environment conveniently located at I-95 and Route 175 in Howard County. Featuring large, light-filled apartment homes in five distinctive, elevator-served buildings, this walkable community is located near abundant retail and recreation options and includes a clubhouse, recreation center and outdoor amenities.
