Don has completed over 1,460 transactions totaling over 13 million square feet resulting in over $1.15 billion of total consideration.

Jim Nourse joins Lee & Associates as an Associate after seven successful years as Don’s partner at CBRE, Inc. Jim, as an integral part to the Nourse representation team, was involved with 125 deals representing over two million square feet with total consideration of more than $341 million.
