Duke Realty Leases 263,625 Square Feet to Anna’s Linens

Space in Point West VI will serve as company’s regional distribution hub

Dallas, Tex. – October 8, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The Dallas office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty) announced today that Anna’s Linens, a retailer of home textiles and home decor items, has leased 263,625 square feet in its Point West VI building, a 1,079,475-square-foot industrial building in Coppell, Tex. Anna’s Linens will use the space in Point West VI as a regional distribution center.

“We are pleased to welcome Anna’s Linens as a Duke Realty customer and to Point West VI,” said Jeff Thornton, Senior Vice President of Duke Realty’s Dallas operations. “In addition to a great location just off I-635 at Belt Line Road and in close proximity to DFW Airport, Point West VI will provide Anna’s Linens with the office and warehouse space they need to efficiently warehouse and distribute their products.”

“Point West VI’s accessibility, along with financial incentives, such as Triple Freeport Inventory Tax Exemption, helped differentiate Point West VI from other available properties,” said Randy Wood, Duke Realty’s Vice President of Leasing in Dallas. “Point West VI is ideally located and provides the flexibility, capacity, and modern design that will support Anna’s Linens’ distribution goals.”

Anna’s Linens’ lease brings Point West VI to 100 percent occupancy. Located at 400 Dividend in Coppell, the building features 32’ minimum ceiling clear heights, 50’ x 50’ column spacing with 60’ staging bays.
