Governor Hassan’s Statement On New Hampshire Joining 24 States, Cities and Counties in Defense of Clean Power Plan

CONCORD – November 5, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Governor Maggie Hassan issued the following statement today after Attorney General Joseph Foster announced that New Hampshire is joining 24 states, cities and counties filing a motion to intervene to defend the Clean Power Plan:

“The Clean Power Plan is an important step forward in our efforts to ensure a cleaner and healthier environment that will help our citizens, businesses and economy thrive, and I applaud Attorney General Foster’s announcement that New Hampshire will join 24 states, cities and counties in defense of this common-sense plan.”
