Hahn Announces Grants to Prevent Homelessness Among Veterans

San Pedro, CA – July 18, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — This morning, Congresswoman Janice Hahn announced $1.95 million in grants to local organizations fighting to prevent homelessness among our veterans. The Department of Veterans Affairs grants were made as part of their Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program. The People Assisting the Homeless (PATH) and the Salvation Army received renewal grants to continue their programs that serve more than 700 households throughout Los Angeles.
