HUD GRANTS TO HELP THE ELDERLY AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES CONTINUE TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY AT HOME

COLUMBIA – October 10, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Donovan today announced $691,036 in grants to help 204 senior citizens and persons with disabilities in South Carolina to receive health care, meals, and other critical supportive services. The grants are awarded through HUD’s Multifamily Housing Service Coordinator Program (MHSC).
