IHG Achieves Top Ranking in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For List

WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 4, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — IHG, one of the world’s largest hotel companies, has been ranked third in The Sunday Times’ list of the 25 Best Big Companies to Work for in 2013.

IHG was awarded ‘Best Improver’ for jumping 11 places in the Best Companies employee survey and ‘Excellence in Learning and Development’, for having a workforce that feels they are provided with the opportunity for growth and progression, supported by structured training and personal development.

More than 240,000 employees from 896 organisations were surveyed to compile The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For lists.
