Illinois sees home sales increase in December; 2012 notches 22.9 percent sales gain over 2011

    SPRINGFIELD, IL – January 28, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Illinois home sales increased 15.2 percent over previous-year levels in December and median prices increased 5.6 percent, according to the Illinois Association of REALTORS®.
