Volkert Global and Holland Square Group Sign Leases at Crescent Communities Development

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (RealEstateRama) — Crescent Communities, the largest active developer in Franklin’s Cool Springs submarket, today announced two companies will locate operations in Two Greenway Centre in Franklin, Tenn.

Volkert Global, the international affiliate of engineering services firm Volkert, Inc., will relocated its headquarters to Two Greenway Centre. Crescent also executed a lease with Holland Square Group, a nationwide provider of Technology and Healthcare IT consulting, strategic staffing, and outsourcing solutions.

Owned and developed by Crescent Communities, Two Greenway Centre is a five-story, 155,000 square foot LEED Class A office building.

“We envisioned and designed Two Greenway to be version 2.0 of our successful legacy building we built and filled for years in Cool Springs for our tenants to attract and retain the best and brightest talent. The team at Volkert is the clearest example of this,” Crescent Communities Commercial and Mixed-Use President Brian Leary said. “Through the addition of a Wellness Studio, column-free corners on glass, lobby lounge and an expansive outdoor area for both passive and active recreation, we wanted to offer all the amenities you’d expect with a first-class Franklin address with the convenience of a surface-parked mid-rise building. Volkert and Holland Square are nationally recognized leaders in their fields and had competitive options across the country for their new headquarters. The fact that Franklin, Cool Springs and Two Greenway won out is a testament to the value proposition and quality-of-life offered by such an address.”

As the newest office building in Cool Springs, Two Greenway sits within a bustling center of working, living and playing. It is within walking distance of the two Crescent-built upscale multi-family developments, Cadence Cool Springs and Venue Cool Springs.
Two Greenway will feature a heavily landscaped back lawn with a connection to fitness trails and will feature an on-site wellness studio featuring a wide variety of fitness classes through the virtual workout Fitness On-Demand.

“Two Greenway is integrated in a natural setting that has been enhanced by a garden landscape and a multi-use trail that weaves its way through the site, connecting to the much larger Franklin trail system, and providing users a multitude of opportunities for physical activity,” said Richie Jones, partner at landscape architecture and design firm Hodgson Douglas.

“Volkert Global is a rapidly-growing company with large-scale projects in several countries. We chose to locate our new 8,000 square foot headquarters in Middle Tennessee for several reasons, including the great economy, top-notch talent pool, and a strong commitment to trade and international business development,” Volkert Global President and CEO Jerry Stump said. “The facility at Two Greenway reflects Volkert’s longstanding commitment to sustainability and conservation, and we’re excited to build a permanent presence in this dynamic and welcoming community.”

“Holland Square Group has been recognized within its industry as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. Our highly skilled professionals work in a competitive and constantly changing environment, which makes their office experience a key consideration for us,” said Andrew S. Park, Holland Square Group Principal. “The quality amenities, access to outdoor recreation, and central location in Cool Springs were important factors in selecting Two Greenway.”

Construction at Two Greenway Centre will be complete in December.
