Lake County Building Services to offer workshop on proper set up of manufactured homes

TAVARES – November 25, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The Lake County Building Services Division is hosting a “Manufactured Home Set Up” workshop from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3 at the Lake County Agricultural Center, 1951 Woodlea Road in Tavares.

The free class, presented by Blaine Fort, Department of Motor Vehicles Safety Program Consultant, Manufactured Housing Section, will cover the installation and safety aspects of setting up a manufactured home. Fort will also discuss what local inspectors look for when reviewing installations. A question and answer opportunity is also scheduled during the event.

General Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits will be available for this class.
