Landmarks Preservation Board to consider two properties for landmark nomination in South Lake Union neighborhood

Eberharter Garage/Antique Liquidators and the Henry R. Wold Building

WASHINGTON, D.C. – December 10, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Seattle’s Landmarks Preservation Board will consider nomination of the Eberharter Garage/Antique Liquidators property (503 Westlake Avenue N) and the Henry R. Wold Building (413 Fairview Avenue North) at its meeting on Wednesday, January 7 at 3:30 p.m. in the Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 5th Avenue, 40th Floor, Room 4060.

The public is invited to attend the meeting and make comments. Written comments should be received by the Landmarks Preservation Board at the following address by January 6 at 5:00 p.m.:
