Lee & Associates Procures 75,000-Square-Foot Industrial Lease

Torrance, CA – August 16, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate services firm, brokered the lease of 75,000 square feet in a 300,000-square-foot industrial building at 120 Declaration Drive, McDonough, Georgia. The lessee, Nexus Distribution Corporation was represented by L. Brett Chambless, SIOR and Dave Pals of Lee & Associates. Wes Hardy of Duke Realty Corporation represented the lessor.
