Longridge Knolls storm water pond repair project to begin

ELLICOTT CITY, MD – November 2, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — A Howard County construction project to repair a storm water pond on Davis Road in the vicinity of Roundtree Lane in Columbia is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, November 16. The project will include replacement of the pond’s metal outlet riser, which has eroded, with a new concrete outlet riser. Also, the steel outfall pipe, which connects the riser to outlet the pond, will be replaced with a concrete pipe. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late December 2015.

Throughout the project, construction work will result in the temporary obstruction and closure of the sidewalks along Davis Road during construction hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
