MAMCO Property Management Announces Employee Designations

Mt. Laurel, NJ – January 24, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — MAMCO Property Management, an Associa company, is proud to announce that Samantha Wallace and Linda Schlindwein have earned their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations while Natalie Fries has completed her Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation.

These individuals have accomplished these designations as proof of their dedication to their clients and careers.”

Wallace serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Birchfield HOA in Mt. Laurel, while Schlindwein is the Community Manager at Holiday Village. The CMCA designation recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the fundamental knowledge required to manage community associations. To obtain the CMCA accreditation through CAI, a community manager must successfully pass two courses, obtain and maintain the proper certification, complete two or more years of community association management experience.

Fries is the Community Manager at the Village Greenes in Marlton. The AMS designation is the second level in CAI’s career development track for community association managers. The AMS designation demonstrates a higher level of commitment to your career and the community association industry. To obtain the AMS accreditation through CAI, a community manager must successfully pass a 200-level Professional Management Development Program course, complete two or more years of community association management experience and have a community association leader sign off on a Management Service Verification form.
