MARINE HARVEST LEASES 40,000 SF AT BEACON CENTRE IN DORAL

Miami, FL – July 29, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE has arranged a lease for one of the world’s leading seafood companies in Doral. Marine Harvest USA LLC, the U.S. subsidiary of a Norwegian company that offers farmed salmon and processed seafood to customers in more than 50 markets worldwide, signed a five-year lease on 40,000 square feet at 8550 NW 17th Street, Suite 105 in Beacon Centre. Marine Harvest had been subleasing space at the same location for its processing and distribution of fresh seafood. The lease begins August 1, 2013. CBRE represented the tenant
