    MIAMI CHURCH PROPERTY SELLS FOR $6.25 MILLION

    Miami, FL – July 31, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — A property owned and occupied by the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Miami at 1836 Biscayne Boulevard has found a buyer. Reading Partners LLC, an entity of Queensfort Capital, acquired the property for $6.25 million – approximately $250,000 above the asking price – and plans to establish two restaurants on the property. CBRE represented the seller.
