NAHB Offers New Electronic Contracts and Subscription Service

WASHINGTON, D.C. – October 30, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently released its new contracts and subscription website, www.nahbcontracts.com. The website offers access to a variety of residential construction form contracts and documents developed by NAHB, exclusively for home builders and remodelers. It also provides some dynamic features including track changes technology and custom templates.

“This new site offers industry professionals customizable contracts designed specifically for the needs of our industry,” said NAHB Chairman Kevin Kelly, a home builder and remodeler from Wilmington, Del. “Builders and remodelers can save themselves hours of work, which translates into hundreds of dollars saved with each contract used.”

NAHB’s legal team has chosen some of the most useful contract documents developed by builders. There are 27 different contracts to choose from including construction contracts, contracts for sales of completed homes, those for remodeling, subcontracts and many more.
