Des Plaines, IL. September 21, 2017  – (RealEstateRama) — The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) will serve as a platinum sponsor supporting organization of the fifth annual Design & Construction Week (DCW).

Founding partners, the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) will continue driving the possibilities of your dream home forward at the co-location of the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show® (KBIS) and the NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) in Orlando, Florida, January 9-11, 2018.

The fifth annual DCW will bring together more than 80,000 design and construction professionals in the largest gathering in the residential design and construction industry. NARI is proud to serve the specific needs of the remodeling industry and provide resources and information to attendees.

NARI members will enjoy discounted registration for the event, and the organization’s leaders will participate in the Design & Construction Week Executive Roundtable to discuss issues and trends in the US housing market, as well as exchange ideas with other industry thought leaders.

“For the past few years, NARI has highlighted the critical need to focus on the skilled labor gap,” said Fred Ulreich, NARI CEO. “The DCW Executive Roundtable provides a format to share NARI’s support of the labor shortage with colleagues, and we look forward to a continued partnership to address this pivotal issue and learn more about the steps taken to close the skilled labor gap.”

“This important collaboration is a key way to bring great value to our membership and all attendees at both shows,” said Bill Darcy, CEO of the NKBA. “It’s another way to expand our relationship with other segments of the industry, and provide valuable networking and learning opportunities to help our members grow their businesses.”

“Design & Construction Week has become the industry’s must-attend event with so many industry players in one place,” said NAHB CEO Jerry Howard. “Now entering our fifth year of co-location, we continue to add big names to the roster and expect to see continued growth and collaboration, making this our best year yet.”

Show dates include:

  • Kitchen & Bath Industry Show: January 9-11, Orange County Convention Center
  • NAHB International Builders’ Show: January 9-11, Orange County Convention Center

Registration is open at designandconstructionweek.com—registered attendees will have access to both trade shows held during Design & Construction Week.
