New energy saving education program to be offered by LSCC to Lake County residents

December 28, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Lake-Sumter Community College (LSCC), in partnership with Lake County under the County’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) project, is offering a Community-Based Outreach Program for Lake County homeowners. This outreach project features an educational session for residents and homeowners, and is designed for presentation to homeowner associations, neighborhood groups, and other civic organizations as a means to promote actions property owners can take to reduce energy consumption and promote energy sustainability directly within their own homes
