New KTGY-designed Residential Community Offers High Quality, Eco-Friendly Workforce Housing in South Los Angeles

The Crossings on 29th Street is an affordable quality residential community developed by Urban Housing Communities LLC (UHC), in collaboration with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles and Councilmember Jan Perry of District 9 in South Los Angeles, which transformed an industrial island adjacent to a residential neighborhood into a safe, healthy, attractive and supportive family-friendly residential community for 34 families.
