New York , NY – December 19, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) today announced the selection of Success 88 LLC, a local Queens developer, to transform a vacant property in the heart of Flushing, Queens into a vibrant mixed-use development. Located at 135-15 40th Road, the current building on the property has been vacant since 2005.
