    Jacksonville, FL – July 1, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — CBRE arranged the sale of a 168,000-square-foot, single-story warehouse in Jacksonville on behalf of the buyer, Compass Rose Foundation Inc., a non-profit Florida-chartered organization. The warehouse, located at 8813 Western Way, was purchased for $5.2 million. The seller was COFE Fund One-Western Way, LLC, which acquired the property a year ago
