    WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 13, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., at the Authority Conference Room, 3060 East Elizabeth Street, Pierre, South Dakota, on a plan of finance for a proposed issue of one or more series of refunding multifamily housing bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $22,000,000 for the purpose of refunding bonds issued in 2002 to finance or refinance loans for some or all of the following affordable housing rental apartments in South Dakota
